MEDARYVILLE - Jeanetta V. Freshour, 85, of 3116 North 430 East, Medaryville, passed away at 6:18 p.m., Tuesday, June 22, in Jasper County Hospital, Rensselaer.

She was born Aug. 16, 1924, in Mt. Meridian, to Claude and Mabel Weltzin Sutherlin. She married Ervin Freshour on Aug.14, 1948, in Medaryville. He died Oct. 16, 2008.

She was preceded in death by:
Marilyn Sutherlin, Sister

Mrs. Freshour had lived her life in Medaryville since 1927. She was a graduate of Medaryville High School and International Business College in Fort Wayne. She was employed at the bank in Medaryville for over 40 years.
She was a member of the Medaryville United Methodist Church where she served as financial secretary, organist and Sunday School teacher.

Friends may call from  4 to 8 p.m., Friday, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Medaryville. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday (June 26), at the funeral home with Pastor Susan Jennys officiating. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery, Medaryville.

Memorial donations may be given to the Medaryville United Methodist Church.
