WINAMAC - Marie B. Trinosky, 94, of Logansport, (formerly of Winamac), passed away at 3:40 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, at Logansport Memorial Hospital, Logansport.
She was born Sept. 21, 1916, in Cicero, Ill., to the late John and Kruta Paral. She married Edward H. Trinosky on July 23, 1936, in Cicero. They were married for 68 years. He passed away on Oct. 13, 2004.

Mrs. Trinosky formerly worked at the Harris Garment Factory in Winamac. She moved to Winamac in 1945, coming from Cicero.
Friends may call after 10 a.m., Saturday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., (Saturday, April 23), at the funeral home with Rev. Edward Clark officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
Memorial donations may be given to Pulaski Memorial Hospital Hospice.

WINAMAC - Wardie Minix, 74, of Winamac, passed away at 11:20 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, in Hickory Creek, Winamac.
He was born May 29, 1936, in Salyersville, KY, to the late James and Mae Lovely Minix.

Mr. Minix was a union construction worker. He moved to Winamac nine years ago from Tennessee. He was a member of the Aldine Baptist Church North Judson.

FRANCESVILLE - Brett Alan Gutwein, 5 years old, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 20, in Cite Lumiere, Les Cayes, Haiti, where he and his family serve as missionaries with the Loving Shepherd Ministries.
He was born Nov. 26, 2005 in Winamac, to Jan and Valerie Metz Gutwein. They survive.

WINAMAC - William C. Fox, 84, of Royal Center, formerly of Francesville, passed away at 3:50 p.m., Monday, April 18, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 9, 1926, in Winamac, to the late Albert and Susie Henry Fox. He married Dorothy M. Ringen on Oct. 23, 1948, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski. She survives.

Mr. Fox was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He was a farmer all of his life. He was a former resident of Francesville, living there for 39 years before moving to Royal Center 18 years ago.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Sunday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m., at the funeral home. The funeral mass will be at 11 a.m., Monday (April 25), at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski, with Rev. Ronald Schiml and Rev. Paul White officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Winamac. The VFW and American Legion will conduct military graveside services.

Norma L. Decker
November 24, 1924 to March 29, 2011
CAPE CORAL, FLA. - Norma L. Decker, 86, of Cape Coral, Fla., died on Tuesday, March 29.
She was born Nov. 24, 1924 in Medaryville, the daughter of the late Fred L. and Eva Salrin Vollmer. She married Warren L. Luck on April 23, 1946. They were later divorced. She married Jack T. Decker of South Bend on Sept. 16, 1953.
Survivors include a son, Ronald R. Luck of Cape Coral; a brother, Robert (Helen) Vollmer of Francesville; step-brothers, Clarence (Phyllis) Onken of Monon and Leon (Doris Ann) Onken of Brownsburg; a setp-sister, Nelda (Ron) Garrett of Royal Center; a half-brother, Fred (Deloris) Vollmer of Foley, Ala.; and half-sisters, Frances Cummings of Bloomington and Ruth Vollmer of Rosewell, Ga.
Mrs. Decker was a 1944 graduate of Francesville High School. She resided in Florida for many years.
Internment was at Curlew Hills Memorial Gardens, Palm Harbor, Fla.

WINAMAC - Ken Allen Anspach, 72, of Greenwood, formerly of Winamac, passed away at 7:55 a.m., Friday, April 8, at Community Hospital South, Indianapolis.
He was born April 11, 1938, in Buffalo, to the late Floyd and Clarisse Jones Anspach. He married Judith Kay Good on April 17, 1965 in Winamac. She survives.

Mr. Anspach graduated from Winamac High School in 1956. He received the Carper Scholarship and attended Indiana State College. He later transfered to Purdue University. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961-1963. He worked for S.S. Kresge Co. that later became Kmart Corporation for 33 years. He retired in 1999. He was active in the Southport Presbyterian Church.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m., Friday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m., (Friday, April 15), at the funeral home with Pastor June Barrow officiating.

William H. Locke

WINAMAC - William H. Locke, 88, of Winamac, died at 7:52 a.m., Wednesday, April 6, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.
He was born Jan. 6, 1923, in Winamac, to the late John and Clara DeMoss Locke. He married Clara Mae Krohn on March 16, 1946 in Winamac. She died on Nov. 11, 2010.

Mr. Locke served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had served on Leyte Island in the Phillipines. He was a member of First Christian Church in Winamac, and was a 50-year member of Winamac Masonic Lodge 262. He was a retired farmer. He had also worked as a mechanic for the Indiana Dept. of Transportation.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A Masonic service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., (Saturday, April 9), at the funeral home with Rev. Edward Clark officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac. The VFW and American Legion will conduct military graveside services.
