Robin L. Bradley
March 3, 1959 to July 12, 2017
PLYMOUTH - Robin Lynn Bradley, age 58 of Winamac passed away Wednesday, July 12, at St. Anthony Hospital. Michigan City.
She was born March 3, 1959 in Plymouth, to Jimmie Glenn and Jacqueline Schrom Arbuckle. She received her GED from Plymouth High School and has lived in the Plymouth, North Judson and Winamac areas her entire life. She worked for the Lear Corp as an inspector.
She is survived by her father, Jimmie Arbuckle of Goshen; her children, Amanda Bradley and her fiancé Bret Hill of Monticello, Melissa Leed of Plymouth and Eric Bradley of Winamac; and three grandchildren, Cheyenne, Justin and Tyson. Also surviving are brothers, Donald and Nora Arbuckle of Ft. Wayne, David Arbuckle of Ft. Wayne, Scott Arbuckle of Leiters Ford and Todd and Dawn Arbuckle of Plymouth.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Arbuckle, and her brother, Jimmie Arbuckle; plus several nieces, nephews and cousins.
According to Mrs. Bradley's wishes cremation has taken place. Burial will be on Saturday, July 22, at the New Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth.

Robert M. Glidden
September 20, 1956 to August 1, 2017
WINAMAC - Robert Michael Glidden, 60, of Little Rock, Ark., died unexpectedly Tuesday, Aug. 1, in Memphis, Tenn.
He was born Sept. 20, 1956 in Chicago, to Clayton F. and Mary Margaret Glidden.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Margaret "Peggy" McKinley Glidden and his sister, Deborah Glidden, both of Chicago; as well as many other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton F. Glidden.
Mr. Glidden held a Ph.D. and was a retired chemist with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.
A graveside service will be at 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 1, at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac. Burial of cremated remains will take place at the cemetery.

Richard R. Bischoff
August 24, 1922 to August 27, 2017
WINAMAC - Richard R. Bischoff, 95, of Winamac, passed away at 5:42 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 27, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac.
He was born Aug. 24, 1922 in Beech Grove, to the late Francis X. and Edith I. Wewe Bischoff. He married Marilyn J. Oakley on Sept. 19, 1942. She died June 13, 1962. He married Roberta M. Huff on July 20, 1963 in Seymour. She died Aug. 3, 2013.

Mr. Bischoff graduated from Beech Grove High School in 1940. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He landed in Normandy on D-Day-plus-two and served in Europe until the end of the war. He served in the 607th Tank Destroyer Battalion. He moved to Winamac in 1963 where he managed the Farm Bureau Co-op. He was the former owner of Rich's Cafe and Bischoff's Restaurant in Winamac. He served as the Pulaski County Surveyor. He also served as a Republican precinct committeeman. He served as a bail bondsman until his retirement at age 93. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Winamac and member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the VFW and American Legion. He enjoyed fishing, animals and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 31, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A scriptural wake service will be at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 1, at St. Peters Catholic Church, Winamac, with Rev. Leroy Kinnaman officiating. Burial will be at St. Peters Cemetery, Winamac. The VFW and American Legion will conduct a military graveside service.
Memorial donations may be made to the VFW.
Ralph H. Postma
November 15, 1955 to August 26, 2017
WINAMAC - Ralph Henry Postma., 61, of Winamac, passed away at 9:03 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 26, at his residence in Pulaski, surrounded by his family.
He was born Nov. 15, 1955 in Rensselaer, to the late Donald and Tressa Nicolai Postma. He married Catherine Crist on May 23, 1982 in Rensselaer. She survives.

Mr. Postma worked at Braun Corporation in Winamac for 14 years. He was a member of the St Joseph Catholic Church in Pulaski. He enjoyed working, gardening and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A scriptural wake service will be at p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. The wake service will be followed by a rosary service. The funeral mass will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 31, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski. Burial will be at St. Joseph South Cemetery, Pulaski.

WINAMAC - Robert Howard Jeffers Sr., 81, of Winamac, passed away at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Aug.25, at Lafayette.
He was born March 10, 1936 in Chilo, Ohio, to the late Robert and Nanny Eloise Owen Jeffers. He married Shelby Jean Bryant on March 15, 1957 in Hammond. She preceded him in death.

Mr. Jeffers was a member of the Winamac Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a foreman in the galvanizing department of Youngstown Sheet and Tube/LTV Steel. He worked in the mills for 43 years. He was a hard worker and an avid gardener who had a green thumb. He grew up on a farm in Ohio and enjoyed raising vegetables and cattle. He loved nature. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed grilling burgers for them.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 29, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, at the funeral home. Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.

Carol Copeland Boyd

WINAMAC - Carol Sue Copeland Boyd, 89, of Winamac, passed away at 12:50 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Hickory Creek, Winamac.
She was born Sept. 19, 1927 in Winamac, to the late Earl Henry and Elizabeth "Bess" Miller Heater. She graduated from Winamac High School in 1945. On Nov. 2, 1945, she married Paul Fredrick Copeland. He preceded her in death on July 25, 1977. She married Robert Dean Boyd on Oct. 20, 1979 He survives.

Mrs. Boyd was a lay pastor with the First United Methodist Church from 1959 to 1962. She enjoyed gardening, being surrounded by nature, and oil and water color painting. She was a published author, and wrote for both the Pulaski County Journal and The Snowshoe newspaper of Fairfield, Idaho where she and her husband lived for 12 years, raising sheep, bees, and grandchildren. They returned to Winamac in 1995.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 27, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A private graveside service will be held at the Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary, Winamac.

Alexander Prasinos
March 5, 1922 to July 10, 2017
WINAMAC - Alexander "Alex" Prasinos, 95, of Harwich, MA passed away Monday, July 10, in Sandisfield, MA.
He was born March 5, 1922 in Canada to the late George and Maria Papajohn Prasinos. He was a graduate of Rindge Technical School. He earned a B.S. from Boston University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He met his future wife Rose Mary Booher in Indiana and they were married on June 26, 1954, in South Bend. She preceded him in death on Oct. 8, 2009.

Mr. Prasinos worked as an attorney at several insurance companies for over 30 years. He was an officer in the Merchant Marines and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
A military graveside services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15, at Koster Cemetery, Francesville. Burial of cremated remains will follow at Koster Cemetery.
