WINAMAC - Margaret Ann Reid, 68, of Winamac, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Franciscan Health Hospital in Lafayette.

She was born June 10, 1955 in Winamac to the late Chris E. and Roseann [Hein] Ols. She graduated from Winamac Community High School in 1973. On April 19, 1975, she married Michael Reid in Monticello.

Mrs. Reid worked at BraunAbility for over 25 years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and traveling. Most of all, she loved her family and spoiling her granddaughters.

A private graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion–Franklin Twp. Cemetery in Winamac, with Chaplain Teri White officiating. A celebration of life event will be from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Opera House in Winamac.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests planting a tree in memory of Margaret or making a memorial donation to the Arbor Day Foundation.
