Janet L. Graham

April 29, 1950 to August 22, 2023

WINAMAC - Janet L. Graham, 73, of Winamac, passed away peacefully at 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 22, at Pulaski Health Care Center in Winamac.

She was born April 29, 1950 in Winamac to the late Charles R. and Violet L. [Marchand] Disinger. She grew up in the country near Francesville and graduated from West Central High School in 1969. On Sept. 28, 1972, she married Robert E. Graham. He passed away on Feb. 10, 2018.

Mrs. Graham was a lifelong cosmetologist until her health no longer allowed her to work. She was the owner of Jan’s Cut and Curl and also worked at Headlines for many years. She was also a longtime bus driver for the Eastern Pulaski Schools and Pulaski County Human Services. In addition, she worked as a teacher’s aide at Eastern Pulaski Elementary School for several years. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Bible Church in rural Francesville. She enjoyed the company of other people, trips to Walmart, and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 9, at Tippecanoe Cemetery in Winamac, with Pastor Larry Fugett officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
