WINAMAC - Linda Lee Wray, 82, of Kewanna (Bruce Lake) passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, at her home.

She was born July 23, 1940 in Logansport, to the late Walter J. and Irene B. [Quinn] Deeter. She graduated from Washington Township High School in 1959. She married Willard “Sonny” Wray Jr. on June 10, 1962 in Anoka, IN. He survives.

Linda was a member of Pleasant Hill Community Church in Bruce Lake and a past member of Logansport VFW Auxiliary Post #3790. Linda enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and playing cards. Most of all, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Linda loved her family very much.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 19, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bruce Lake Cemetery in Bruce Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
