MEDARYVILLE - Roxanne J. Saltsman, 55, of Medaryville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 19, at her residence.

She was born Nov. 18, 1966 in Osceola. She married Jeffery E. Saltsman on April 9, 2005 in Medaryville. He passed away Jan. 15, 2009.

Mrs. Saltsman enjoyed capturing life’s important moments through photography. She was a happy and kind woman who always had a smile on her face. Her family was the most important part of her life.

The family will host a celebration of life ceremony from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Medaryville American Legion.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville.
