Bruce A. Wagner

October 14, 1951 to August 25, 2021

MEDARYVILLE - Bruce Allen Wagner, 69, of Medaryville, passed away at 2:12 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 25, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac.

He was born Oct. 14, 1951 in Winamac to the late Fred Eugene and Dolores Mae Schultz Wagner Sr. He graduated from Medaryville High School in 1970. He served as an MP at Ft. Lewis, WA during the Vietnam Era.

Mr. Wagner worked as a machinist at McGill Manufacturing in Malden, IN for 26 years. He also worked at Braun Corporation in Winamac for several years. He was a member of IAM Lodge #1227. He was raised in the Medaryville Methodist Church. He was a member of the Winamac FOE #2580. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge, fire department, and police department in Medaryville. He also coached football at West Central High School for a few years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also enjoyed motorcycles and dirt track races. He loved his family and friends, especially keeping up with his grandchildren’s activities. He will be deeply missed.

Private services will be held at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville. Private burial will be at White Post Cemetery in Medaryville.

Memorial donations may be made to West Central Athletic Boosters (for the football program) or to the Memorial Swinging Bridge Project.
