Fritz Risner

WINAMAC - Fritz Risner, 84, of Lawton, passed away on Monday, Dec. 21, at his home.
He was born Dec. 5, 1936 in North Judson, to the late Huston and Lewie Marshall Risner. He married Patricia Nies on July 21, 1973 in Winamac. She survives.

Mr. Risner was a retired truck driver. He was an outdoorsman and especially loved fishing, gardening, and mowing. He also enjoyed tinkering on anything and everything. He was a loving and devoted husband, daddy, and grandpa. He had an infectious laugh and enjoyed getting in the last word. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Guests may schedule a time to attend visitation at www.frainmortuary.com or by calling 574-946-3222. A private funeral service will be held at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Lee officiating. Private burial will be at Paul’s Chapel Cemetery in rural Winamac.
