Sally A. Marszalik
July 27, 1935 to September 15, 2020
WINAMAC - Sally Ann Marszalik, 85, of Winamac, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, at her home.
She was born July 27, 1935 in Chicago, to the late John and Mary Mrozek Czyzyk. She was baptized Aug. 4, 1935 at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church in Chicago. She married Joseph Stanley Marszalik Jr. on Oct. 29, 1955 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Chicago. He passed away June 20, 2008.
She is survived by:

Mrs. Marszalik was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church where she taught CCD for many years and was fondly known as “Mrs. M.” She was a former member of the Christian Mothers. She was a hard worker and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked alongside her husband on the farm and was also a caregiver for several individuals over the years. She loved to cook and spend time with her three grandsons and great-grandson. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 20, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Woodruff officiating. A funeral mass will be be at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 21, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Rev. Daniel Shine officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Winamac.
