Mildred G. Stoll

May 30, 1916 to February 13, 2019

WINAMAC - Mildred Grace "Milly" Stoll, 102, of Avilla, IN (formerly of Medaryville) passed away peacefully in her sleept at 4:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

She was born May 30, 1916 in Winamac, to the late Romie and Sylvia Grace Poisel Chamness. She married Albert Joseph Stoll on June 5, 1938 in Winamac. He passed away June 7, 1957.

Mrs. Stoll successfully raised 11 children while living in her own home in Medaryville. In 1978, she moved from Medaryville to Avilla to live with her oldest daughter. She was a talented painter and guitarist. She enjoyed crafting, especially crewel work, embroidery and crocheting. She also enjoyed gardening and canning. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. (Saturday), at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
