FRANCESVILLE - Doris Arlene Fritz, 93, of Francesville, passed away at 7:10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Parkview Haven Retirement Home, Francesville.

She was born July 23, 1924 in Rensselaer, to the late Emmett and Laura "Daisy" Fritz Kruger. On Feb. 20, 1943 she married Lewis V. Fritz in Lincoln, NE. He died Dec. 17, 2000.

Mrs. Fritz was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Bible Church and was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was the former owner and operator of the Faith Bible Shop in Francesville. She enjoyed visiting with her family. She was an avid Bible reader and enjoyed music and reading.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 1, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m.,  Friday, March 2, at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Fugett officiating. Burial will be at Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.
