NORTH JUDSON - Leeon Davis, 68, of Winamac, died Sunday, Nov. 19, at Porter Memorial Hospital.

He was born Saturday, Jan. 1, 1949 in Breathitt Co., Ky., son of the late Flint Davis and the late Reaby "Lorie" Wicker Manns. On May 31, 1968 in Denham, he married Doris Minix. She survives.

Also surviving are sons, Nick (Erica) Davis of Hamlet, and Darrell (Lisa) Davis of Crown Point; 5 grandchildren Justin (Melissa) Davis, Elijah Davis, Seth Davis, Micah Davis and Cora Davis; brothers, Prentis Davis of Knox, and Mike (Connie) Davis of Cynthiana, Ky.; brother-in-law, Eugene Conley of Winamac; sisters, Bonnie(Ronald) Pike of Elkhart, and Shoney (PD) McNabb of Cynthiana, Ky.; and step-mother Peggy Davis of Cynthiana, Ky. 

He was preceded in death by sister Ruth Conley.

Mr. Davis loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and wife. He worked as a truck driver.

Friends will be received 4 to 8 p.m. (CT), Friday, Nov. 24 at the at Braman & Bailey Funeral Home, North Judson. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. (CT), Saturday, Nov. 25, at Teaberry Hill Estates Church, Medaryville with Pastor Elmer Conley officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the Teaberry Hill Estates Church.
