Clair D. Reinhold

May 29, 1929 to February 12, 2016

WINAMAC - Clair David Reinhold, 86, of Winamac, passed away at 11:10 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital,  Winamac. 

He was born May 29, 1929 in Monterey, to the late Clarence Elmer and Grace Armeda Hassenplug Reinhold. He married Betty Jean Hoffman on Dec. 21, 1952. She survives.

Mr. Reinhold graduated from Monterey High School in 1947. He served in the U.S. Army. He worked at Eaton Corporation in Winamac for over 30 years. He enjoyed remodeling and building houses as well as gardening.  He also enjoyed working auctions for Dewain Davis. He was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church in Winamac. He loved his grandchildren very much, especially attending their sporting events. He will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 17, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 18, at the funeral home with Pastor David Norris officiating. Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services.

Memorial donations may be given to Calvary Baptist Church.
