WINAMAC - Thomas O. Hoover, 59, of 5046 South 400 East, Star City, formerly of Winamac and Kewanna, died at 8:55 p.m., Friday, Nov. 26, at the Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.

He was born Aug.  6, 1951, in Logansport, to the late William Owen "Bus" and Emmaline Ringen Hoover. He married Kimberly D. Smith on Dec. 17, 1982, in Kewanna. She survives.

Mr. Hoover graduated from Winamac Community High School in 1969. He worked as a quality engineer at the Braun Corporation for 36 years. He was an assistant RC car leader in 4-H. 

He celeberated his life with family and friends at a surprise party on his 59th birthday in August. No services will be held.

Memorial donations may be given to the family for son Kohl's college expenses.
