WINAMAC - Lester A. Hurlburt Sr., 72, of Winamac, passed away at 11:52 p.m., Monday, May 14, at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana in Indianapolis.

He was born May 10, 1940, in Ropley, to the late Edward Uriah and Margaret Elsie Kirkham Hurlburt. He married Barbara Mills on June 23, 1984 in Winamac. She survives.

Mr. Hurlburt was retired from the Plymouth Tube Company in Winamac.He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church, Winamac.He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and working in the outdoors. He liked to watch westerns and game shows on TV. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., (Thursday, May 17), at the funeral home. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
