FRANCESVILLE - Eleanor G. Schlatter, 82, of 1600 West 500 South, Francesville, passed away at 10:40 a.m., Friday, June 11,  at her residence.

She was born Aug. 13, 1927, in Chicago, to William and Esther Hallberg Stafstedt. She married Alfred K. Schlatter on July 21, 1946 in Francesville. He died on March 27, 1999.

Judy (Jerry) Krug-Smith, Kouts, Daughter & son-in-law
Robin (Stan) McCoy, Monticello, Daughter & son-in-law
Lori (Joe) Cortez Jr., Francesville, Daughter & son-in-law
9 Grandchildren
5 Great Grandchildren

Gertrude Hallberg, Aunt

Mrs. Schlatter had lived in Francesville since 1946. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Order of Eastern Star, both of Francesville. She was an active part of Schlatter Machine Shop.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville, and one hour before the service Tuesday in the church. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday (June 15), at the First Christian Church, Francesville, with Pastor James Ketchen officiating. Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.

Memorial donations may be given to the First Christian Church.
