ROYAL CENTER - Barbara E. Pugh, 73, of Star City passed away Wednesday, Oct. 30.

She was born Sept. 21, 1951 in Winamac, to Robert D. and Nelda M. (Onken) Manning. She graduated from West Central High School with the class of 1969. 

She is survived by her daughter Kelly Werner; grandchildren Bethany (Donnie) Rapacki and Travis (Mary) Werner; great-grandchildren Raymond Rapacki and Josie Werner; Step-father Ronald Garrett; aunts Ruth Ann Vollmer, Helen Vollmer, Mary Fitzpatrick, and Phyllis Onken; uncle Fred Vollmer; and several cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Manning and Nelda Garrett.

Mrs. Pugh was a candlemaker and loved crafts of all kinds. She was an avid seamstress. She enjoyed planting flowers and being outdoors, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

No public services will be held at this time.
