The Pulaski County Sheriff'sdepartment was called to investigate a burglary on C.R 475 W., south of C.R. 900 S., on July 29. Some of the items taken during the burglary included a Polaris ATV, hunting clothing, household items, toys, and tools.
While investigating the shooting that occurred on Oct. 5 involving Creque and Josh Isom, detectives Dave Walters and Robert Taylor observed items they believed to have been stolen from the home on C.R. 475 W. These items were observed at the Creque residence, also located at 475 W.
On Tuesday (Oct. 18), detectives obtained a search warrant for the Creque residence and were able to recover several items taken during the theft. Subsequent interviews also led to stolen property recovered in other locations. The Polaris ATV was recovered in Carroll County. Some of the hunting items were found in Monticello.
Creque was arrested for his alleged involvement in this case and is being held on theft charges.
