Large crowds lined the streets of Winamac (in spite of 90-degree temps and high humidity) to watch Tuesday's annual 4-H Parade which featured 64 entries with 80 units. The Monroe Happy Hoosiers 4-H Club won first place in the 4-H floats category. |
The theme of the 2018 parade was "Creating Leaders Through 4-H Since 1902." The grand marshal of the 2018 parade was Charles McKinley, recipient of the 2018 Halleck Community Service Award.
