"The overwhelming response and support from our customers has been more than I ever expected," Parish continued. "They’re happy and that makes me and my staff happy. This will allow us to bring our way of doing business to even more farmers and Ag production companies. We are very excited!”
Agrisol has been from the home of owners, David and Stephanie Parish since May 2014. Agrisol specializes in the sale of all makes and models of late-model agriculture machinery, securing "great equipment at a great price" and passing the savings on to its customers. Agrisol currently has six salesmen with plans to offer many more services in the future.
Agrisol was born when Parish saw a unique opportunity. He recognized the need for dealerships to move used inventory, while at the same time the opportunity to offer an alternative solution for farmers, and agriculture production companies to acquire late-model machinery at a great price.- saving them tens of thousands of dollars.
Parish jumped in and hasn’t looked back.
Regarding the new location, Parish said, “We want to thank Larry Pfledderer for the opportunity to acquire his building and working with us on the transition.”
Larry and Darlene Pfledderer, owners of Autobarn Sales & Leasing, Inc., have acquired temporary office space in downtown Francesville, formerly the Bucher Realty & Auction location. Future plans include relocating on South Bill Street once new construction is completed.
“I would like to take this opportunity to truly thank the customers who have put their trust in us and used our services over the past 28 years," Pfledderer said. "Autobarn was created as an Auto Locator Service back in 1987 and we will continue to assist our clients on their transportation needs. With the cost of vehicles in the marketplace today, it’s even more important to look at all the options. Our locator service is exactly that - we compare new vs used, work with your budget and your needs/wants in a vehicle.”
Agrisol’s mission is to provide agriculture solutions to "any and all agriculture producers with the upmost respect and courtesy… have fun, make a little money and save them a lot."
Agrisol is now open and the team is available any time. Weekday store hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), and Saturdays until 12 noon. Parish can be reached at 219-954-0021.
Agrisol will not be hosting a grand opening event since farmers are presently busy with field work. A customer appreciation event is planned for sometime this summer.
