The board approved the retirement of teacher Linda Leman, effective at the end of the current school year. Many thanks are extended for her years of service to the school corporation.

The board appointed Andrew Durham to the Francesville/Salem Township Public Library Board, as presented.
The board accepted the resignation from Trevor Chrzan as an instructional assistant.
Approval was given to the field trip request for the sixth grade camping trip, as presented.
Middle/high school principal Don Street listed some events taking place prior to spring break. Sports Spectacular will take place Friday. There will be a benefit dinner for Brandon Conley at the high school on Saturday evening, and the middle and high school spring music program will be on Monday, beginning at 6:30.
Brose informed the board that IREAD testing will take place next Monday for all third graders. Family Literacy Night will be held next Thursday. The spring music program was well received.
