Also in police custody are William Scroggs, 25, Delong, and Jason Miller, 34, Plymouth. They were arrested early Thursday. As with Bell, they face charges of murder, burglary and robbery, and are being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail, pending initial court appearances.
They are charged in the shooting death of Wilma Upsall, 81, 6832 Olson Road, Fulton County. Her body was discovered by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Timothy Richardson, about 7 p.m., Tuesday, when they returned home from work to find a back door open. Upsall was living with them. The couple also found evidence of a break-in and ransacking, according to police.

Police picked up a lead on the three suspects at about 6:34 p.m., Wednesday when they spotted a Chevrolet El Camino speeding and crossing the center line in western Fulton County. Police attempted to pull it over near Monterey, but the car continued on, leading to a police chase. The driver crashed on SR 117, near SR 110, close to the Mystic Hills golf course.
All three occupants of the vehicle ran off. Police checked residences in the area all night. Scroggs and Miller were eventually found in different locations, hours apart. Area media gave extensive coverage Wednesday through Friday to the search for the suspects, and residents in the area expressed unease during the manhunt.
Indiana State Police are investigating the case and ask anyone with information to call Det. Josh Rozzi at 1-800-382-0689 or 765-473-6666, or call the Fulton County Sheriff's Department at 223-2819.
